Download the above file locally to the device that requires the fix.
Double Click the file, a Command Prompt window should appear "Enabling TLS 1.2 on Windows 7", Follow any additional instructions from the command prompt or from the ATS Customer Support Technician.
Restart your target machine afterwords and confirm the ability to remote log and control.
